  Ebenezer removed to Bennington, Vermont and was a prominent officer in the Militia during the Revolutionary War. According to tradition his sons, Daniel, John, Stephen, and Ebenezer fought with him in the Battle of Bennington; another son Isaac was probably about 11 years old at the time. - see: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/4508/places4.htm - Ebenezer and Phillippi's family is recorded in Town Records of Norwich, Connecticut, Volume I, page 99, 57, and 246.
