  Lock is listed on the Dawes Commission Rolls as being 1/16 Cherokee and his number is #804. He moved from Elljay, Gilmer County, Georgia to the Oklahoma Indian Territory 1892. Alice says that due to a lung disease, lock left the family in Oklahma and moved to Arizona for a while. Shortly after returning home he died of influenza. He was a farmer.
