• Notes

  Samuel was unmarried. He died near Pawtucket during King Phillip's war. He was a member of Captain Pierce's Company. He was slain with about 47 others in battle with the indians known as "Pierce's Fight or the Pawtucket War" on Sunday, March 26, 1676.
