Provides for wife Elizabeth. To son William all my title to tract of
land where he is now settled esteemed 245 acres, also £20. To son
Nathan plantation where he now lives in Frederick County, Maryland,
part of a tract purchased of William Kersly called Cornwell and an
addition, also £10. To son Daniel plantation where he now lives in
Frederick County, Maryland, purchased of Walter Moore, also £10. To
son Isaac 200 acres of the north end of the land whereon I now live,
also £50. To son Job plantation whereon I now dwell and remainder of
said lott with reversion to son William. To son Joseph 1 shilling
sterling. To daughter Deborah Haines £100. To daughter Ruth Miller
£5. To daughter Ann Sidwell £10. To daughter Dorothy Beeson 5
shillings. To granddaughter Patience Miller £10. All remainder of
estate to son Job at 21. Executors: Wife Elizabeth and son Job, son
William assistant. Witnesses: Joseph Williams, John Butterfield, Sr.
