    Thomas Rice left a will on 11 November 1681 at Marlborough, MA,, proved 4 April 1682. Henry, Mathew and Peter Rice King, Administrators. Will gave to sons Thomas, Peter, Nathaniel and Ephraim, residue to wife Mary, and at her decease to go to "the younger children Rice and Peter King to be overseers of my will".
