Notes - Speculation about the death dates of Florence and Charles being before the 1920 census, is the fact their children show up with Florence's widowed sister Elsie Bender on both the 1920 and 1930 censuses.
The flu epidemic of the early 1900's may account for the deaths of Florence, Charles, and Elsie's husband Gordon Bender.
Evidence of the actual causes is unknown at this time (Sept. 2003).
