Here it is:Charles Kemper (1756-1841), the youngest son of John Peter Kemper(17 17-1778), eldest son of the Kemper emigrant and of Elizabeth Fishback(1723-1768), daughter b y his first wife of the emigrant John Fishback,begins the record in his family Bible as follo ws: "John Peter Kemper son of John Kemper of the town of Msen near the cityof Siegen in the Sta te or County of Nassau, in Germany, was born inGermanna in Virginia December 25th, 1717. Eliz abeth Kemper the daughterof John Fishback of the town of Tuback near the city of Siegen, i n theState of Nassau in Germany was born at Germantown Virginia February 13th,1723."
