      He was named as executor in the following will (presumably his brother's; Peter's will (probated March 20, 1775) left his entire estate to his wife Mary for the remainder of her life. However if she got remarried the estate would be split 1/3 to Mary (Peter's widow) and the remaining 2/3 to be split among the surviving 5 children.
