Thomas' Will :
"Aug. 31, 1658. I, Thomas Marsh, of Hingham, being sick, do make this, mylast will.
I give all my estate, land and cattle whatsoever, unto Sarah my wife, andunto my four childre n Thomas, Sarah, Ephraim and Mary. My intent is thatmy wife, whom I ordain executrix of thi s my last will, shall carefullyeducate and bring up my children with what estate I leave her.
And my will is, that whenever my youngest daughter Mary, shall attain tothe age of 14, and m y sonne Thomas 21 years, then, whatever remains ofthe estate be divided among them; the one h alf of that estate that isleft to Sarah, my wife, the other half to my four children, as foll oweth:My eldest sonne Thomas, two shares, and my other three children singleshares. And I app oint as overseer of this my will, my friend MathewHawkes, John Fearing, Nathaniel Beal and Sa rah my wife."
