In the group sheet she shows Noble as enlisting as a Private on 07 March 1865 in Cooper at the age of 29 in Company D, 8th Cavalry Regiment Michigan on 13 March 1865. He fought on 27 April 1865 at Sugar Creek, TN., and Mustered out on 22 September 22,1865 in Nashville, TN.
