Notes - Came to Indian Territory in 1890 locating in the Going Snake District at the base of Bushyhead Mountain where he farmed for 5 years. Then he located in Chelsea, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
The farm consisted of 400 acres, 150 of which were under cultivation. He raised a bumper crop of wheat and oats, as well as raising grade cattle, and fine draft horses.
There were 103 oil producing wells on the original farm and 28 more wells on the original 80 acres. He resided in Wingmond where he had a general store, auto supplies, drug store, adjacent to a fine home.
